Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using a KnightApps application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use and uninstall the app.

Use of our apps

Our apps are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of an app.
• Use an app for an unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services.
• Remove or alter proprietary notices or labels.

Intellectual property

App content, features, graphics, logos, icons, and software are owned by KNIGHT TECH LABS LTD or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Third-party services

Our apps may integrate services such as Google AdMob, Google Play, Firebase, and the Apple App Store. Use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, KNIGHT TECH LABS LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, our apps.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Revisions are shown through the updated date below. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Nigeria.
